A service that delivers vegan meals to you door can be a great help in getting you "jump started" on a vegan diet.

22 Days Nutrition offers nationwide delviery of non-GMO and 100 percent organic meals. They have a gluten-free option. You can order one, two or three meals per day. You can sign up for a 5, 7 or 22 day plan. They have pretty exotic meals: meals like Lebanese Lentils with Spiced Cabbage, Shitake Mushroom Yellow Curry, and Smokey Rosemary White Beans. They also have meals for breakfast and lunch.

Veestro is similar to 22 Days Nutrition. They deliver nationwide. Meals are packed in dry ice. They say over 96 percent of their ingredients are organic. They have the option of adding on cleansing juices to you delivery. They have options for gluten-free meals, a kosher option and specialty plans for athletes (with more protein). They have a starter pack for a reasonable sounding $99. This includes 12 meals and one juice. They offer what I think is one of the greatest gifts you can give a loved one with health issues: a gift card good for these healthy meals. It can be difficult for some of us to get started on a new program. To get one, or two, or three weeks of extremely healthy meals delivered to your door.... it doesn't get much easier than that.

I've talked to a lot of people that are interested in a vegan diet, but have all sorts of reasons why they haven't started. These services seem like a great way to get started.
